As a physician, Dr. McCallum does not devise recipes and meal plans. This is best left to others and he will help guide you to reliable sources at the appropriate time.

He will take the time to ensure he understands you, and that you understand the dietary and lifestyle components at your disposal to help improve your medical well-being.
Ideally, any metabolic testing or medication management is done in partnership with your family doctor. If you choose, and Dr. McCallum is seeing you in person, or you don't have a primary care provider, he can provide the medical follow-up you may require.
The goal is to improve your quality of life while (hopefully) decreasing your reliance on medications.
